Have to try la. You ask here also no use. No one can give you a definite answer. I have two friends A and B, where B's GPA is higher than A, but the new uni accepted A and not B. A later told me maybe he got a distinction for his final year project at TP. A is not so good in other subjects because he is just not interested, but he consistently excelled in software and database subjects. So I say everything is based on case by case. Also depends on the way you present yourself and handle the questions at the interview.

Take note, part-time is also not easy. Dropout rate is pretty high. If your family can handle your fees or part of the fees, just do full-time, jitao focus and graduate sua liao.
