cancer, diabetes, heart attack....

statistically speaking, all of us here will probably get afflicted with either cancer or diabetes (or even both). one in two singaporeans will get cancer, while a third will develop diabetes.

WHY??????

genetics, at least for diabetes

if any one of your parent have diabetes, the risk of you having it is much higher, and the kind of lifestyle and food/drinks we usually take also plays a huge role

but diabetes has been on the rise, so its not purely genetics
the crazy amt of sugar is to blame as well
everyone every morleng must drink kopi peng, ever noticed the amt of sugar they scooped for u?
