Proposed basic law of EDMW

Just like the HK got freedom of expression but limits under the basic law , EDMW must also have a basic law!

1 Basic Etiquette
1.1 Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling
Hate posts on racial grounds should be limited to the maximum extent. Treat others on these message boards as you would expect them to treat you. There are however some posts that will cause debates that may offend you. If you are easily offended by discussions about race, religion, and other highly opinionated topics we suggest you stay out of those topics.

1.2 No 'Spamming'
Purposely spamming a message board with senseless, vacuous, or empty messages to gain a higher post count, or just to annoy others is HIGHLY frowned upon! Commercial spamming and advertising are just as unwelcome, double posting is allowed to an extent.

1.3 Political Internet Brigades (IB)
IBs that posts content that cause unrest, uproar and ill-effects to the community and affects the forum's stability; where the majority have differing opinion from the content creator is strictly forbidden. These users will get a permanent ban and other restrictions deemed fit by the population. Please use the "REPORT IB" thread to report any IBs breaking this rule.

2 Contents which are against the Laws of the State
2.1 Illegal content
The forum shall not be liable and held accountable of the public prosecution of any users breaking the Laws of the State and reserve the rights to comply with any take down orders from the relevant authorities.

2.2 Nudity
Please remember that this board is a 'PUBLIC' forum. There are 12 year olds here just as there are 50 year olds. Nudity and porn is prohibited for obvious reasons.

3 Language
3.1 This is an Singlish speaking forum, please type your post in Singlish.
