just tested mobile network, my phone is dual SIM card [singtel and starhub].

the Opera browser and UC browser on starhub/singtel is ok to get in this site.
firefox mobile on singtel cannot.

this means, u must try different browsers

it's a dns problem. change dns settings to use opendns.

Try rebooting your network equipment, if it is caching negative replies it will not attempt to re resolve dns
