I think this is better so that admin or mod don't have to be around all the time.

if self moderation is really needed to deal with hardcore trolls who make insults in every post, its good to hv 'thumbs down' button.
collect 30 to 50 of 'thumbs down' from other users and the troll will get 3 days of ban.
