Recommend me a 2.0/2.1 pc speaker

Need recommendation for 2.0/2.1 speaker. Budget 300-400. On watchlist now swan m50w, swan d1080, audio engine 2+, klipsch promedia.

I went to audition at sls/adelphi ytd alr. All sounds keyi to me, now only considering compatibility, problems, user friendliness.
Ae 2plus with build in dac is a plus, i think it should be better than my onboard sound card.

swan is really overpriced and only slightly better than a creative 2.1 speaker

actually i find all computer speakers really lousy whether its 2.0, 2.1 or 5 etc.. companies are just not investing enough R&D into them anymore

just go try those small portable bluetooth speakers. sounds way better than computer speakers and are much cheaper

i tried all the computer speakers out there and none of them beats the clarity, sound stage, imaging and of course the bang for buck of even a portable bluetooth speaker. swan m50w? $300++ for that? cant even beat the tiny creative roar first generation

and not to mention, those portable speakers are so small and yet perform so much better than your regular pc speakers at a fraction of the price

im not saying u should use a portable speaker as your pc desktop speakers. im just saying the money u pay for pc speakers these days is really going to waste since most audio companies have diverted all their resources away from the R&D of pc speakers into elsewhere
