This will encourage people to be positive in their voting, be less offended by things they don't agree with (or talk it out like a man), or to just choose not to read what they don't like, rather than spam the voting system if the system is going to be used for rewards/infractions.

wasn't there a suggestion to limit this right of plusing and minusing cp points to posters with a certain post counts?

if not, i can make 1000 clones to zap your cp until chao tar..
