Does ass rimming for her previous ex-bf before??

My friend was dating this girl for about 6 months. One day they decided to talk about their sexual history and the girl admitted that besides sex, she still do ass rim for her ex bf. My fren told me that he really really loves the girl but on the other hand he can't accept the fact that she does ass rim before. The thought of her doing that keep haunting him whenever he wants to kiss her.

He seeks my advice but I have never encountered such an issue before so i'm afraid to give the wrong advice. How would u advise my fren?
